How Can We Assist?
What are the payment options?
Passion Plus Fashion takes Paypal and any payment types available through Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc).
If you are ordering from one of our Recommended Vendors, they will provide information about their payment options.
What is your return policy?
Your happiness is our goal so if something is physically wrong with the item upon receiving it, we will be more than happy to replace it with proof. We do NOT offer exchanges, replacements or returns for any reason other than a mistake on our part in the creation of the item.
Please message us in case of any grievance or complaint and we would be happy to resolve it for you with two options:
1. Exchange your item for store credit and we’ll put that amount towards something else in our shop once we’ve
received the item back in good condition;
2. Return your item for a full refund.
For an exchange or refund please message us 2 days after you’ve received the items. We will not accept returns or exchanges 14 days after the item has been sold.
Buyer is responsible for return postage and all fees associated with returning the items.
PLEASE NOTE: we will not accept exchanges or returns on items that are custom made or on sale.

What is your shipping policy?
Your items(s) will be processed in the order in which they were received, Processing typically takes 1-3 days this does not include actual time in the mail, so it may take a couple days once it is shipped to get to you. Passion Plus Fashion will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen items once they have been shipped.

Use of Order Information
When you place an order, Passion Plus Fashion requests information such as contact information & credit card number. The contact information you provide is used to send you orders and company information, and will not be sold or used in any other manner. Your financial information is used for the sole purpose of billing you for products and services.
